This policy outlines the delivery and return procedures for Contempli digital services provided by Kubert Technology.

1. Service Delivery

Digital Service Delivery

Contempli is a digital application service. Upon successful payment confirmation:

  • Access is granted immediately after payment processing
  • Service activation occurs within 5 minutes of payment confirmation
  • No physical products are shipped

Technical Requirements

To access Contempli services, you need:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Email account for service notifications
  • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

2. Service Availability

Our services are designed to be available 24/7. In case of:

  • Scheduled maintenance: Users will be notified 24 hours in advance
  • Technical issues: We aim to resolve within 4 hours
  • Service interruptions: Updates provided via email and website

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds are provided after purchase
  • Access is granted immediately upon payment
  • Digital content cannot be returned once accessed

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments due to system error
  • Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
  • Refunds (if approved) are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges after cancellation

Refund Process for Exceptions

For exceptional cases only:

  • Include your order number and detailed explanation
  • We will investigate within 48 hours

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service features with 30 days notice
  • Update pricing for new subscribers
  • Discontinue services with 60 days notice
  • Existing subscribers maintain current terms until renewal

7. Dispute Resolution
