  • Chat messages and diary entries are sent to Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) for processing by AI models
  • Your profile information and preferences are included for context
  • Chat history is used to maintain conversation continuity

These services process your data according to their privacy policies. You can opt-out by not using AI features. We do not use this data for training or improving AI models beyond your session.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for: Subscription period + 10 years (tax law requirements), Chat and diary data until account deletion, Payment records for 10 years (financial regulations).

8. International Data Transfers

Your chat data is processed by AI models hosted in AWS EU region (Frankfurt). Payment data is processed by İyzico in Turkey. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during international transfers.

9. Sensitive Information

We handle your personal information with care:

  • Journal entries and personal reflections are encrypted
  • AI analysis is conducted with privacy-preserving techniques
  • No human staff access personal content without explicit consent
  • Data related to personal development content has additional protection
